- Drive new business development within the US IT staffing space through outbound efforts and client relationship management
- Generate at least $500K annually in gross margins through new and existing clients
- Leverage your portfolio to bring new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of direct customers in the IT staffing industry
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers, procurement leads, and client executives
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs
- 2-5 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Sales
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and hiring practices in the US market
- Experience working with Direct Clients.
- Proven track record of $500K+ gross margin generation annually
- Must possess an existing client portfolio with the ability to bring immediate business
- Ability to secure new business within the first 90 days of employment
