    Description

    Redwood Outdoors is an exciting e-commerce company that specializes in Outdoor Saunas and Cold Plunges. We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated individual to join our Inbound Sales team If you love to connect with customers and help them purchase amazing products, then Redwood Outdoors is the place for you to start a rewarding career

    What You'll Do in the role:

    • You will build trust and rapport with customers to help them buy the right outdoor product for their needs.
    • You will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound sales calls
    • You will email customers to help them understand their purchase decision
    • You must meet or exceed all targets for revenue, conversion rate, customer satisfaction and more
    • You must always put the customer first and be a good representative for our company when speaking to them
    • You will handle all elements of the customer experience until their product is delivered
    • You will work closely with warehouse and shipping companies to ensure deliveries are carried out effectively

    What You'll Need for the role:

    • 2 + Years sales experience in a target driven sales environment
    • College degree required
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills **
    • Proven written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable learning/using software applications required for the role
    • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
    • Ability to work 8:30am to 4:30pm PST
    • One Saturday a month is required of work within the role
    • Some travel will be required with the role and there will be a requirement to build saunas on event site

    Range: Base Salary $60,000-$69,000 with OTE of $70,000-$79,000
