    Account Executive Responsibilities:

    • Identify prospects in need of Staffing and Recruitment Services
    • New Business Development by using Networking, Social Networking, Cold Calling, etc.
    • Qualify potential new business and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
    • Evaluate customer metrics and performance data and help develop action plans to impact positive change.
    • Lead meetings with customers and team members to build relationships and execute staffing plans.
    • Create and implement sales plans and annual forecasts for a designated customer base/region(s)
    • Develop ideas and opportunities that promote awareness of the company, including assisting in the development of marketing materials and event planning.
    • Routinely communicates and/or meets with key customers to maintain and improve customer relationships.
    • This role will interact closely with Operations, Finance and Marketing to achieve objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent proficiency with 4+ years of sales experience within business services segment preferred.

    • Strategic thinking, planning and implementation skills.
    • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point Outlook, and the ability to utilize CRM software Avionte Bold

    Salary: Target: 100K+ (including Commission and Bonus)
