    JOB TITLE: **Customer Service Representative**

    DEPARTMENT: Sales

    LOCATION: Marietta

    TRAVEL: N/A

    **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Computer order entry helping walk in cash customers with their orders

    Helping in warehouse to pull material for orders to be pick up and delivered

    Answering incoming phone calls to help customers with their orders

    Inventory counts to maintain proper levels in warehouse

    Loading outbound, and unloading inbound trucks

    **EDUCATION:**

    High school and some college

    Undergraduate degree preferred

    **WORK EXPERIENCE:**

    Minimum of 1 year customer service and warehouse experience.

    Forklift experience

    Knowledge of construction industry/ building materials preferred

    **SKILLS REQUIRED:**

    Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers and vendor)

    Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    Able to perform various form of physical labor (i.e lifting/ standing)

    Committed to working in a zero harm workplace

    Able to work flexible hours as required

    Able to work in a warehouse environment
