    Contractor in Charge is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Rep - CSR to perform customer service and dispatch services for our clients. This dispatch position earns a competitive hourly wage.

    In addition to a competitive pay range of $17-$19/hour, depending on experience and our positive company culture, we offer our Customer Service Reps - CSRs the following perks:

    DAY-TO-DAY

    This entry-level job works full-time. We offer a flexible schedule depending on business needs.

    As a Customer Service Rep - CSR, you are essential to keeping our business running smoothly by providing efficient scheduling and customer care over the phone. Each day, you make the short commute to your work-from-home office and prepare to receive calls and dispatch our techs. When you receive a call, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you answer questions and schedule jobs.

    During these calls, you ask basic questions to learn the client's needs so you can be sure to dispatch the right technician for the job. Always up to date, you accurately verify customer account information and maintain our customer database. You absolutely love having a work-from-home job while still getting to be a part of a supportive team

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - CSR

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Basic computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office
    • Basic keyboarding skills (30+ WPM)

    Any experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro, or other scheduling software would be a plus HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home service customer service or dispatch experience would also be helpful but is not required.
