- Salary: $21.00 an hour – Must have Bachelor's Degree
- Start Date: Mid June
- Schedule: Must be available between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and available for alternating Saturdays and flexible shifts
- Handle customer accounts calls and contacts relating to auto loans
- Assist callers with contacts regarding : payment processing and questions, loan questions, early collection calls, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- Customer Service Experience and or Financial Background REQUIRED
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach
