    Description
    Our client, a regionally based company with a reputation for service excellence and innovation since is conception in 1996, specializing in IT Services, Print Services, Intelligent Information Management and Commercial Print Solutions is growing and looking to add two (2) Administrative Support Specialists to its team. These positions can be performed in the Plattsburg, NY, Burlington, VT, Westbrook, ME or West Lebanon, NH offices. Thes work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm positions are onsite roles.

    An Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Network sales administration efficiencies between systems and teams. The ideal candidate would be able to professionally perform the role with all internal and external contacts.

    Responsibilities
    • Process sales orders and update sales order management systems
    • Research availability and generate product quotes for internal and external clients
    • Process invoices and credits for sales orders and projects
    • Process internal credit approvals and lease approvals
    • Setup Networking contracts and work with 3rd party vendors
    • Maximize profit margin for our client on all equipment and license purchases.
    • Assist clients co-term merge or upgrade current licenses.
    • Provide client support as it relates to billing questions and/or rates
    • Produce facing reports
    • Scanning of all deal paperwork to virtual file cabinets
    • Month end reporting and processes
    • Managing email boxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external customers
    • Execute team processes and consistently work toward process improvement
    Must Haves
    • An approachable, positive and professional work demeanor
    • Keen attention to detail and follow through
    • Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with changing priorities with ease ensuring to meet internal and external customer expectations
    • Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • A forward thinking, dedicated, engaged self-motivated individual would do well within this environment.
    • Associates Degree preferred however not required. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • A strong candidate would understand IT, Networking, Sales, Customer Service and be a self-driven contributor their team.
