Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organizational and problemsolving skills required.
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of team.
- Detail and quality oriented in relation to accurate information for medical records.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently to meet daily productivity measures.
- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) Required
- Prefer prior experience in a healthcare environment.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to travel to and from meetings and appointments.
- Work involves the ability to read medical records, paper or electronic
Remote Work Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a secure and workfocused environment, assuring confidential access and review of patient information. Home office preferred.
- Must have access to highspeed, reliable internet for video calls.
