Job Summary
Responsible for overall support and assistance with administrative and marketing duties for the Product Team. Manage agent and carrier relationships within assigned territory.


Primary Responsibilities**:


  • Manages and completes tasks for Manager/Agent Sales Specialists to provide necessary resources.
  • Maintains current OneNote notebooks for the Under65 portfolio and ensure product information saved in Under65 department folders is up to date. Analyzes, gathers, saves, and distributes product promotional materials, plan information, and incentives for MTM team carriers and products.
  • Initiates, develops, and maintains agent and carrier relationships in assigned territory.
  • Makes targeted outbound calls to agents/agencies interested in offering insurance products within assigned territory.
  • Assists with marketing events and meetings such as annual Agent Summits. Attends carrier trainings, events, and webinars as required.
  • Sends contracts to agents as requested.
  • Assists with creation of oneoff marketing campaigns, recruiting campaigns, and agent training documents and presentations.
  • Perform webinar administrative responsibilities such as scheduling webinars, starting and recording webinars, and updating registration lists.
  • Assists with creation of various team sales reports using Microsoft Excel. Works with other departments on crossteam projects.
  • Works RAMS Flow for primary product/carriers, making agent followup calls as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Primary Skills & Requirements**:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain license within the first year in the position.
  • Advanced understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and New Business operations and procedures.
  • 1+ Years' Insurance Sales Experience
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
