In addition to our compact equipment dealerships, Crownstone Outdoor Power, our Lawn & Garden Division, has two locations in Hanover, PA & Manassas, VA.

As a Bobcat Dealer, we focus on selling, servicing, and renting both compact and lawn & garden equipment brands including Bobcat, Toro, Echo, STIHL, Fecon, and more.


The Branch Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director of Branch Operations through assisting with internal store operations and related procedures.

The Branch Support Specialist will contribute to that effort by directly assisting with store operations through service, sales, rental and parts, working alongside Branch Manager's and their direct reports with the support of corporate administrative staff and department directors.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following):

  • Responsible for supporting the Regional Director of Branch Operations implementation of overall operational procedure performance in sales, rental, service, and parts departments at all Crownstone locations within the assigned region
  • Supports all Branch Managers and their teams by assisting with sales, rental, service, and parts operations where needed
  • Supports the Regional Director of Branch Operations towards successfully achieving satisfactory customer service in all departments
  • Supports the Regional Director of Branch Operations with training team members where needed
  • Provides support to ensure that each store's overall appearance and cleanliness (show room, yard, shop, store front, parking lot, parts room, etc) is exceptionally maintained
  • Provides support to ensure that each store's inventory (new, used, rental, parts) and displays are maintained, kept clean, and displayed in a professional manner
  • Provides support to ensure that each store's inventory (new, used, rental, parts) is accurate and accounted for through cycle counts and internal/external audits
  • Provides support to ensure corporate compliance with safety as established by the Safety and Compliance Manager
  • Provides support that all business system processes are being followed in accordance with established standard operating procedures with Branch Managers and their team(s)
  • Provides support that Branch Managers and their team(s) are following protocols and standard operating procedures as it relates to all department activities (sales, rental, parts, service)
  • Communicates directly with Regional Director of Branch Operations to hold team members accountable when it is recognized these processes are not being followed
  • Provides support to branch to ensure that inventory is received, documented, and reported according to the standard operating procedure
  • Other duties assigned by the Regional Director of Branch Operations

Educational & Experience Requirements:


  • At least five (5) years of related experience in parts, sales, rental or service
  • Experience in construction and agricultural markets required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Computer Literacy:
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrates proficiency in running reports and queries in the dealerships business system.
  • Organized electronic filing system
  • Proficiency with OEM information systems
  • Effective use of industry websites for gathering competitive and pricing information
  • DOT Medical Card preferred.

Essential Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
