Job Summary:

As an IT Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and customer feedback.
Communicate customer insights to internal teams to inform product development and improvements.
Training and Development:
Provide training and technical support to customers on product usage and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to offer relevant advice and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, IT Support Engineer, or Technical Business development role.
Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and Enterprise applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support projects.
Experience with Enterprise Applications, Cloud technologies, DevOps tools and processes.
Certification in ITIL and/or PMP.
Experience in a customer-facing role within the Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Manufacturing industry segments.
