scale of AIOps solutions for various customer configs and

Led team responsible for developing hybrid cloud solutions on the
ServiceNow platform. Building a single point of management to
discover, provision, and manage cloud resources across Azure,
AWS, GCP, and VMware and optimize cloud usage by providing
insights on spending and potential cost savings. Working closely
with on-prem and public cloud providers to gather new features
on cloud providers and add support in Cloud Management
Products. Leading a global team of engineers in the US and India,
designing, architecting, and implementing cloud management
features like hybrid cloud deployment, cloud events, Azure ARM
deployment, and AWS CloudFormation deployment. Integrated
cloud management with ServiceNow big data platform to gather
product usage metrics to help plan future releases. Working as
