As a data analyst, I am passionate about using data to inform and drive decision-making. I have a strong background in statistics and data analysis, and I am experienced in using a variety of tools and techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.

In my previous roles, I have worked with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that have led to improved business outcomes. I am skilled in data visualization and communication, and I enjoy presenting data in a clear and concise way that is accessible to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new data analysis techniques and tools, and I am committed to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the field. I am a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and I am excited to bring my skills and experience to new challenges and opportunities.

My professional experience includes working as a Data Analyst for the Business Career Center. In this role, I collected data through Handshake, Qualtrics, and Google Analytics, and created accessible and interpretive graphics through Tableau. I helped provide weekly reports to the team by collecting, wrangling, and communicating data with regards to all events and recruiting happening through the Career Center. I frequently brainstormed ways to utilize technology through the office to continually improve business processes, and helped each team evaluate performance and provide recommendations for specific areas of improvement.

I also have experience as a Canvas Course Design Specialist at the Missionary Training Center, where I translated necessary design requirements into HTML. I maintained design standards for all MTC language courses in Canvas and assisted in the implementation of new software such as Cidi Labs. Additionally, I built an automation tool for the Canvas MTC courses using Python, reducing our copying process time by half.

I have also worked on several technical projects, including building a copier tool to automate the process of copying a template course into a permanent course in the Canvas for the Missionary Training Center. 

My technical skills include C/C++, SQL, HTML/CSS, Python, and VBA.

As an Information Systems major at Brigham Young University, I have developed a variety of technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills that are highly valuable in today's fast-paced business environment. I am proficient in collecting, wrangling, and communicating data through various tools such as Tableau, Python, and SQL. I am able to create accessible and interpretive graphics to convey insights to various stakeholders. Also, I am skilled in managing technical projects by translating design requirements into code, accessing APIs, and automating processes to increase efficiency.

I have experience in evaluating business processes and brainstorming ways to utilize technology to improve them.

Attention to Detail: I am highly detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. I have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to evaluate team performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
