    Job Responsibilities
    • Manage and nurture client relationships to drive event sales.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
    • Create customized event proposals and pricing.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and resources.
    • Ensure the successful execution of events, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events sector.
    Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in event sales or account management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
