    Description
    One of the East Coast's premier

    Security and Fire integration organzation is searching for talented Business Development to drive Sales

    This company is a market leader in the Southeast, providing full-service Building Solutions and Installation services to Commercial and "large market" verticals.

    This individual would ideally like to mentor and act as a role model to others in their position.

    The role:
    Maintain relationships to drive sales and deepen relationships as well as build and find new opportunities for growth.
    Maintain quality standards across all project phases and company business practices
    Internal training, development and busines strategy planning

    What you'll need to be successful and fulfilled:
    Strong knowledge of the Construction process and technical skillset
    System knowledge of security systems, access control, fire alarm, intrusion, and burglary
    Desire to learn and build.
    What will you experience?
    Complete trust and autonomy to lead the way you want
    A built-out internal team, elite resources and market reputation
    Buy-in from Ownership and resources at your disposal
    Being a part of a global Manufacturer as a subsidiary
    Uncapped commission plan
