A Project Coordinator / Dispatcher has arisen with a well established Mechanical Contractor headquartered in Mt. Vernon, Weschester County, NY. The Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for scheduling, organizing, and communicating between outside and inside personnel to build and service commercial boilers & equipment.
Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator / Dispatcher in the HVAC industry.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
-Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and resource management.
-Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
