- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years' experience in purchasing and/or project management
- Customer service experience preferred
- Logistics and freight forwarding experience a plus
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel especially)
- Familiarity with working with Asian suppliers a plus
- Skilled in time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Job DescriptionAbout the Job:
The Purchasing & Project Coordinator will work as part of a USA-based team for a growing design and manufacturing company in Westwood, NJ. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized and independent person who also works well as part of a small team. This position will work with customers, factories and freight forwarders to coordinate and manage all aspects of order processing, production and shipping.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience working with overseas suppliers, preferably someone with customer service experience and familiarity with logistics and shipping as well.
