- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the setup process and beyond
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and interactions
- Manage the setup and onboarding process for new customers
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth transition to our services
- Liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns during the setup process
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous experience recommended in customer service or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
