Digital Remedy is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring Digital Remedy seamlessly executes digital media campaigns.They will be a key contributor with Digital Remedy's media team, serve as a primary point of contact with client account leadership and be responsible for running, optimizing and maintaining these campaigns.
This position is organic/new business growth focused as well as a provider of client services relationship/account management leadership, and is crucial for the long-term success of Digital Remedy.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic personality and be able to integrate seamlessly with our energetic, highly motivated client services team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, allowing for the continued upselling of new solutions which will help both the client and the company increase their ROI.
This role requires persistent and persuasive interactions with external client leadership, superior organizational skills, the ability to negotiate contracts and agreements, as well as extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for a person with a passion for digital media, a desire to be at the leading edge of technological change in the digital media industry and the ability to learn and contribute quickly.
ResponsibilitiesManage your client account(s) to meet and exceed the monthly revenue targets.Analyze a given campaign and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
Break into new markets & clients, developing partnerships and building relationships.
Manage a variety of campaign offerings which are well dispersed throughout a myriad of social and digital platforms and delivery systems.
Support a constant and consistent communication with your account contacts.Our Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, concentration in Marketing and Advertising or a related discipline is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and partnering skills.
Strong customer service - promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty.
Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;Results oriented, accountable, strong work ethic, strong team player.
Driven to succeed - meet and exceed individual and team targets and goals.
At least 2 years of Client Services experience within the Advertising or Media Industries required.
At least 2 years of experience with Digital and/or Social Media Campaigns required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong MS Excel skills required.
Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
Strong desire to help grow a company and help it dominate the market.
Strong desire to take smart technical risks and produce outsized wins.$55,000 - $60,000 a yearThe expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000.
This position is full-time, includes benefits and is based in New Orleans, LA with work occurring during typical weekday business hours.
(One or two days per week in-office work may be required).Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.This is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position.
