For our
Vitanas headquarters in Berlin-Reinickendorf, we are looking for you as our new

Quality Management Officer for Nursing (m|f|d):
permanent full-time position with 38.5 hours/week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting and preparing relevant information from areas such as nursing science, social policy and legislation, and quality management
Contributing to the further development of the quality management system, including the Vitanas Quality Manual
Implementing measures for competence development in the areas of nursing and care
Organizing and conducting events related to quality assurance and development in full and parttime nursing facilities
Participating in the configuration and updating of nursing management software

Your qualifications:

Completed university degree in the field of social and health sciences or a comparable qualification
Staterecognized training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or pediatric nurse
Several years of professional or managerial experience in practical nursing or in the field of quality management in healthcare facilities
Additional qualifications in the field of quality management are desirable
