What you will do:


  • As a Trainee in Revenue Management (M/F/d) in Bella Vista, AR, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects, providing you with a challenging and diverse experience.
  • You will participate in an 18month trainee program that will expose you to all aspects of revenue management at SIXT, including Pricing & Commercial Development, Yield Management & Dynamic Pricing, Commercial Controlling & Analytics, Consumer Products, and Advanced Profit Management. You will also have the opportunity to work in our branches and see the impact of our work firsthand.
  • You will actively contribute to (international) company projects and gain exposure to different areas of revenue management.
  • Through various training programs, both technical and soft skills, you will have the chance to network with managers from different departments and develop a crossfunctional and crossdivisional network.
  • From the beginning, you will receive support for your professional and personal development through an individualized development plan and a mentor.

About you:


  • You have completed your studies in economics, business mathematics, or business informatics.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are proficient in Excel.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ideally, you have gained international experience through studying abroad or internships.
  • You have previous practical experience in a corporate environment.
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) and have proficiency in other foreign languages if needed.
