Your main responsibilities:
- Receiving and resolving errors/issues via phone or email (1st/2nd level support)
- Creating and documenting tickets in the system and forwarding them to the relevant department
- Troubleshooting according to SLA
- Support in a modern telecommunications and video system landscape with CISCO
- Monitoring, controlling, and documenting in MS Office and FNT
- Backup security
- Patchwork of systems
What you bring to the table:
- Completed education in an IT-related field, e.g. IT specialist
- Minimum of two years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Experience with WIN 7/10, common MS Office applications
- Driver's license class B due to oncall duty
- Certification in the Microsoft environment or similar
- Team player, communicative, and passionate about
