- Support the carrier recruitment team with back-end process facilitation associated to carrier onboarding.
- Distribute onboarding checklist internally and externally relating to onboarding progress for carriers.
- Maintain and update project plans specific to carrier recruiting for new business startups.
- Handle 80-90% of carrier and/or driver/helper submittals into RXO's carrier onboarding system for respective recruiting region/project.
- Attend weekly conference calls with carrier recruiting team reviewing recruitment progression within critical markets.
- Travel to markets alongside carrier recruitment team as needed to support with new business startups and/or carrier recruitment events.
- Meet as needed with external stakeholders to support carrier onboarding process for any given carrier (insurance brokers, carrier owners, etc..).
- Work closely with RXO's carrier compliance team to mitigate and resolve any issues with a carrier's onboarding requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and control capabilities, driven by a desire for continuous process improvement and successful project completion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy.

Compensation range for this role is : $60-65k
