As the Operations Analyst, you will track trends, consolidate data, and update senior leadership on recommended improvements. Your advice and counsel will help create a brighter future for RXO, our employees and yourself.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Support the carrier recruitment team with back-end process facilitation associated to carrier onboarding.
Distribute onboarding checklist internally and externally relating to onboarding progress for carriers.
Maintain and update project plans specific to carrier recruiting for new business startups.
Handle 80-90% of carrier and/or driver/helper submittals into RXO's carrier onboarding system for respective recruiting region/project.
Attend weekly conference calls with carrier recruiting team reviewing recruitment progression within critical markets.
Travel to markets alongside carrier recruitment team as needed to support with new business startups and/or carrier recruitment events.
Meet as needed with external stakeholders to support carrier onboarding process for any given carrier (insurance brokers, carrier owners, etc.).
Work closely with RXO's carrier compliance team to mitigate and resolve any issues with a carrier's onboarding requirements.What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of experience in transportation or logistics
It'd be great if you also have:
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent documentation and control capabilities, driven by a desire for continuous process improvement and successful project completion.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy.
Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
