- Coordinate training sessions for new hires, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
- Schedule training sessions, ensure necessary equipment is prepared, and manage logistical arrangements.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training modules, presentations, and workshops.
- Conduct training sessions on specific job roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization and assist in the development of training plans to address these gaps.
- Support the implementation of career development initiatives to foster continuous learning and growth among employees.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports as required.
- Assist in the coordination of training-related logistics, such as travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel within Northeast Ohio as needed.
