    IT Business Relationship Manager

    The Business Relationship Manager will support the largest region, North America.

    This leader must be self-driven, have a strong understanding of business processes, data management and analytics, while obtaining an executive presence and influence.

    They must have experience working with senior business and IT leaders, process documentation, project management/execution, and hands-on experience implementing technology projects.

    This role will also be responsible for driving adoption for new technologies and focus on maximizing the value of driving business results.

    The IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) will partner with the North American Region and Commercial leaders in setting the Global IT strategy and associated roadmap/fiscal planning.

    This role will ensure that Information Systems technology meets the current and future needs of the business.

    This will be achieved through collaboration with the business and deep understanding of the business needs and priorities, portfolio management and demand prioritization, partnership with internal and external delivery partners for successful and consistent technical delivery, and advocacy for both business needs and global IT strategy across stakeholder areas.

    This leader will ensure there is a clear outcome and business driver to ensure there is a benefits case, and we are focused on delivering capabilities that drive results.

    Adoption and obtaining and realizing the outcomes of the capabilities will be critical to success. Beam Suntory is a leader in the spirits industry with a track record of profitability and growth.

    Opportunity to help enable the Digital Technologies for Global IT Growth potential beyond this roleRole Responsibilities Partners closely with different functions across the North American region to develop IT strategy to meet current and future need of the region.

    Plans, develops and directs the IT BRM activities across the North America portfolio, and aligns on strategic direction with other regional IT Commercial leads Manages processes, priorities, decisions, risks, and issues, as required, across the domain.

    Manages budgets to ensure we deliver on time and on budget.

    Responsible for all aspects of stakeholder management within the North American region Acts as liaison between the business and IT for the stakeholder groups assigned Understand industry trends and the competitive landscape in terms of technology enablers.

    Combined with the Beam Suntory Commercial strategy, translate this into an aligned projects and applications. Collaborate with other teams within IT, such as infrastructure, enterprise architecture, security and platform support.

    Will work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure adequate and timely delivery of services, in line with agreed Work closely with the IT Sourcing & Alliance team to ensure procurement practices are followed, while deriving the best value for the organization.

    Oversee and manage Project budgets, direct expenditures and return on investment (ROI) calculations with business. Understand the specific challenges and opportunities linked to regulatory, legal, privacy, security and economic situations across North America. Partner with business leadership, IT peers and vendors to address these evolutions in the most efficient way. Continually seek opportunities for revenue generation, cost reductions, and cost avoidance. Support cross functional and cross region business initiatives and explores IT synergies and efficiencies.
    Qualifications This role requires 10+ years working in various data management and analytics roles. Previous people management experience required. Experience working in a global organization.

    Exposure to SAP, Google Cloud Services, PowerBI, Integration Platforms and Proficiency in programming languages, including SQL and Python is a plus.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related area. Master's degree preferred. Experience working in AGILE framework a plus. Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus. Knowledge and experience working in highly regulated industries (Alc Bev, Tobacco, Pharma) is highly preferred. Functional experience working with Commercial Sales and Marketing organizations.
