I have 10+ years of customer service and clerical experience. I am passionate about finding solutions to issues internally and externally. The satisfaction of companies and customers are my goal. I'm a happy, outgoing and self motivated individual determined to make positive changes within the work space. I have mastered deescalation, escalation,  and problem solving. I have experience with payment processing, clerical, customer service, Word, G suite, Zendesk, negotiation and  moderation. 

Over ten years of experience with administrative, clerical, telephone, email, and virtual customer service. Highly familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software, conflict resolution, customer escalations, deescalation, and data entry.  Excited to use my proven skills and customer enthusiasm to bring customer satisfaction efficiently and effectively to all of those I encounter while on the job.

I've attained my high school diploma. I'm always looking for new opportunities to expand my education.
