    Description
    Essential Functions
    • Oversee automotive field service operations for the Company owned ADAS calibration centers.
    • Lead a team of in-shop master technicians and porters capable of supporting all makes and models.
    • Implement standard operating procedures complete with a quality control process to ensure a consistent end result.
    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's, track variances, prioritize issues and implement corrective action.
    • Work closely with the training team to provide on-going training and employee development.
    • Ensure technicians are consistently delivering a safe and proper repair, meeting or exceeding the Company's service level commitment to its customers.
    • Manage existing facilities to ensure housekeeping, security, inventory control, PPE, tools, and equipment are meeting Company expectations.
    • Provide support and problem resolution for client users both internal and external.
    • Identify additional sources of information that will enhance and add value to the existing ADAS calibration service.
    • Support R&D with validation and testing of new software and hardware updates and releases.
    • Manage the cross-function coordination of timely delivery and set-up of all tools including OEM diagnostic tools, computers, printers, ADAS calibration equipment and targets.
    • Keep abreast of automotive technology industry trends, business models and emerging technologies.
    Experience and Background
    • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a technology or technology related field with progressively senior roles
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
    • Proven ability to build a high performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and support.

    • Root cause analysis of system failures and anomalies
    • Reading and analyzing all automotive types/formats of schematics
    • Microsoft office suite (explorer, word, excel, outlook etc.)

    Education
    • Bachelor's preferred
