- Content development: Collaborate with creative agencies, team's Marketing Project Managers and creatives (copy writer, designer), assist in creating compelling marketing content and bill of materials, such as product and program narratives and decks, case studies, and blog articles. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
- Product and program Launches: Support product and program launch activities, including messaging development, collateral creation, and launch planning. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Market research and competitive analysis: Assist Product and Program Marketing Managers and Compete and Insights Lead in
- Designing market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Gathering data and analyzing market insights to support decision-making.
- Monitoring competitors' activities, pricing, and positioning. Conducting regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product marketing strategies.
- Industry Trends: Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies. Sharing insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including product and program management, content development, and platform development, to gather input and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in product or program marketing

- Experience working with senior level team
- Creative thinker with experience in implementing digital marketing motions to generate engaging marketing materials, including blogs, visual formats, and social media

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: In this role you will assist Product and Program Marketing Managers in developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to drive skilling product and program awareness, adoption, and engagement.
As a Marketing Product Manager, you will work closely with Product and Program Marketing Managers to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our skilling products and programs. You will assist in conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, coordinating product launches, and implementing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
