Production Manager (Extrusion) (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Planning and organizing all resources to ensure orders are fulfilled and production is completed on time
  • Your strong focus on costeffectiveness and efficiency, as well as your decisionmaking skills, are key to optimizing our production processes and ensuring a smooth production flow
  • You will be responsible for personnel planning and managing our 100 employees in production
  • You will collaborate on the development of new processes and products and support the integration of new products into the production process
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure a close collaboration with production interfaces
  • This position offers a high level of autonomy and independence, as you will report directly to the management team

To convince us, you should have:

  • Initial professional and managerial experience as a production manager in a medium-sized manufacturing company, experience in plastic processing / extrusion is an advantage
  • Successfully completed further training as a technician or master craftsman or a degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in working with key performance indicators (measurement, evaluation, reaction, action)
