BludauPartners Executive Consultants GmbH offers a comprehensive consulting approach for the placement, evaluation, and development of top executives and selected expert positions to nationally and internationally operating companies through our services of Executive Search, Executive Assessment, and Executive Development.

For our Executive Search division, we are currently seeking a part-time Werkstudent Executive Search (m/f/d) at our Frankfurt am Main location.

Responsibilities:

Support the Executive Search team in Frankfurt am Main in filling leadership positions
Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates
Conduct independent research and document progress using various active sourcing channels and our internal database
Organize internal and external meetings and candidate interviews
Assist in the preparation and followup of presentations
Correspond and communicate with all internal departments

Qualifications:

Currently studying Business Administration, Business Education, or a related field
Confident and positive demeanor
Creative, strong communication skills, responsible, reliable, and possess a structured and goaloriented approach
Willingness to continuously learn about new topics and situations
Fluent in German and English
