- Understand customer end-to-end needs for the platform, pain points, and preferences through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business owners, customers, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Act as an ambassador for the product, ensuring stakeholders understand the product's value and benefits.
- Provide timely and transparent communication on product progress, milestones, and changes.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, ensuring a smooth development process.
- Provide clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team's work.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to address questions, provide clarifications, and make trade-off decisions.
- Plan and execute product launches, working closely with product marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and sales tools.
- Create go-to-market strategies and drive user adoption and customer engagement.
- Develop modeling tools for proposed solutions to assess scale and capacity, while understanding costs and financial implications
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A technical background in software is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering end-to-end solutions for localized and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience with software product analytics and metrics.
- Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team at Ossia. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Cota solution across multiple products.
