Requisition SummaryThe Technical Account Manager works directly with our dealer network and service management program stakeholders to solve technical issues, improve the software product, and drive utilization and customer success.
We are looking for a technical account manager with a strong sense of ownership, passion to provide a great customer experience, and excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
In this role you will provide tactical and technical support to the Kenworth dealer network and internal stakeholders related to their use of, or integration with, PACCAR Service Management products.
You will provide the strategy to review business applications and cloud services for compliance with our policies and investigate application integration problems with APIs, enterprise customers, and PACCAR.
You will dive into technical details, diagnose, and reproduce issues with PACCAR technology products (e.g., services, tools, data solutions, etc.).
You will typically focus on guiding customers on how to properly use the product/API service, educating them on best practices, and troubleshooting implementation and configuration problems.
Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute on an operational support strategy that helps our customers continue to grow and be successful using the Service Management product
Manage key account relationships for the Kenworth dealer network
Exhibit a passion for operational excellence by solving customer issues while teaching customers to optimize business impact
Develop a passion for educating, training, and enabling product users
Mentor and role model for your colleagues
Build an understanding of enterprise technology adoption to help drive decision making
Develop department, functional, process, user manual and training documentation
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to support product definition requirements and project scope
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a technical account manager, business analyst, or similar technical role
Experience as a SME and escalation point for operations teams, developers, and internal business partners
Demonstrate ability to generate technical solutions based on business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Working knowledge of application technology stack and requirements for integration into the business environment
Experience with, and knowledge of, information systems, SQL, and Tableau
Highly self-motivated and flexible with focus on delivery
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Able travel as needed ≤ 10%
Education/Training :
Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or applicable degree required
Master's Degree Preferred

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for Technical Account Manager is $93,000 - $145,500 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
