- Oversee the day-to-day and month-end operations of the Division General Accounting team to ensure the timely and precise creation of financial statements.
- Recruit, train, and cultivate a proficient team through recruitment efforts, coaching sessions, and developmental activities.
- Coordinate the monthly closing process, including the supervision of monthly tasks such as journal entries, internal management reports, uploads to financial consolidation systems, fixed asset analysis, and key account reconciliations.
- Direct the generation of thorough and timely analyses of key reserves.
- Promote the utilization of data analytics tools to monitor essential metrics and uncover opportunities for cost reduction.
- Review and/or prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and schedules related to Division accounting activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with other Divisions to identify and implement best practices, supporting cross-functional business needs as a strategic business partner.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 years of pertinent accounting experience, with demonstrated supervisory roles and increasing levels of responsibility.
- CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- Profound comprehension of US GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in utilizing Excel for tasks like pivot tables, macros, and graphical representations, as well as Access for query building and report generation. Familiarity with data analytic tools such as Tableau is advantageous.
- Capability to articulate complex accounting matters effectively at an executive level.
- Strong organizational aptitude, adept at managing multiple projects from inception to completion.

- Exhibit strong leadership and supervisory prowess, with a focus on continual enhancement.
