- Partner with distributor to build plan, budgets, and forecasts to deliver revenue and profit targets set forth by PDC leadership
- Build programming to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales goals including depletions, distribution, and KPIs
- Clear and constant communication on inventory, pricing, upcoming programs, company direction, priorities, and incentives
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans including, incentives, key account programs, brand launches, display drives and focus weeks.
- Build new and enhance existing key regional and independent account relationships for PDC to help our brands capture share in must win channels and outlets
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business review meetings with distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct informative general sales meetings to educate distributor sales team of PDC brands, plans and programs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all price components including cost-of-goods, FOBs, distributor, and retail pricing.
- Utilize company systems, including expense reports, marketing & product brand resources, analytics tools, etc.
- Ensure distributors maintain adequate inventories of point-of-sale materials to fulfill all sales and marketing programs.
- Plan and update quarterly calendars & programming to maintain focus during key periods.
- Maintain positive budget positions
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years sales management experience in the distilled spirits industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must reside within key state of this region.
- Must be highly energetic, creative, and self-motivated; with ability to work independently to meet and/or exceed business goals and objectives.
- Ability to effectively prepare and manage a budget; prioritize, organize and delegate assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communications; exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to work with team first approach.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills including E-Mail, Spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Up to 50% travel within assigned geographic area, occasional evening and weekend work attending events as required.
- Must reside within the territory (MA preferred).
- Valid drivers license.

The Regional Sales Manager, develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with Phillips Distilling distributors within the Breakthru Division focusing on the NE markets (including MA, VT, NH, ME) to meet or exceed all qualitative and quantitative regional and business objectives.
Candidates considered for this opportunity must reside within the assigned geographic area, preferably near Boston, MA (or be willing to relocate).
