Office Manager at 1-800 Water Damage in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Office Manager Full Time

Boise Job description Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
Supervise and train office staff on policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage calendars, schedule appointments with vendors and customers
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
Manage relationships with vendors
Ensure compliance with medical office management regulations and guidelines
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders Skills:
Strong event planning skills to organize office events and meetings
Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Knowledge of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, record keeping and Quickbooks management along with our bookkeeper
Experience in vendor management
Excellent communication skills to interact with techs, staff, customers and sub contractors Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
