    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and close online sales leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

    Base Salary plus bonusSales Commission Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Retirement Plan Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required Life & Health license (must be able to obtain) Must be comfortable calling, texting, and emailing customers on a scheduleMust be able to overcome customer objections and ask for the sale.

    Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivatedAbility to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customerIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
