PMMC provides revenue cycle management tools to healthcare delivery systems, acute care hospitals, critical access hospitals, academic physician organizations and multi-specialty physician groups. Helping to find additional cash and creating efficient workflow processes allows our clients to improve margins and continue to effectively serve their communities.
Due to the changing healthcare landscape for both providers and consumers, there is more focus on the revenue cycle today than ever before. PMMC is committed to providing healthcare organizations with not only the latest technology, but also the necessary strategy to guide them through the challenges of changing reimbursement, price transparency, and population health management.
About The Role
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Revenue Strategy team. Your role is to actively seek and secure new business opportunities for PMMC software and other product/service offerings. Your primary focus will be on healthcare systems and 300-plus bed hospitals. You will manage a designated territory within a dynamic matrix-based sales environment, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Territory Management
Develop and maintain a territory marketing and sales plan with quarterly goals, objectives, and target customer lists.
Product Promotion
Market software products and services to both new and existing clients, effectively articulating their value.
Client Engagement
Manage your territory, including appointment setting, cold calls to understand clients' needs, and conducting software demonstrations to gain client commitments.
Execute direct marketing, mailing, and e-communication campaigns to enhance PMMC brand awareness.
Sales Goals Achievement
Meet or exceed sales and service goals and objectives set by management.
Client Appointments
Conduct a minimum of 10 appointments per month to engage potential clients.
Industry Involvement
Participate in regional and national association speaker networks and exhibit functions to expand PMMC's reach.
Client Communication
Maintain regular communication with prospective and current clients while demonstrating proficiency with
Performance Metrics
Consistently meet quality and quantity standards, including building an active pipeline, achieving quota, closing opportunities, and maintaining a high level of performance based on PMMC Sales Process grading.
