    Job Title: Account Executive

    Reports To: Chief Sales Officer

    Department: Sales

    About The Team

    Our mission at PMMC is to continuously improve the financial performance of healthcare organizations so that they have more resources to devote to patient care. PMMC provides revenue cycle management tools to healthcare delivery systems, acute care hospitals, critical access hospitals, academic physician organizations and multi-specialty physician groups.     About The Role

    We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Revenue Strategy team. Your role is to actively seek and secure new business opportunities for PMMC software and other product/service offerings. Your primary focus will be on healthcare systems and 300-plus bed hospitals. You will manage a designated territory within a dynamic matrix-based sales environment, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Territory Management

    Develop and maintain a territory marketing and sales plan with quarterly goals, objectives, and target customer lists.

    Product Promotion

    Market software products and services to both new and existing clients, effectively articulating their value.

    Client Engagement

    Manage your territory, including appointment setting, cold calls to understand clients' needs, and conducting software demonstrations to gain client commitments.

    Execute direct marketing, mailing, and e-communication campaigns to enhance PMMC brand awareness.

    Sales Goals Achievement

    Meet or exceed sales and service goals and objectives set by management.

    Client Appointments

    Conduct a minimum of 10 appointments per month to engage potential clients.

    Industry Involvement

    Participate in regional and national association speaker networks and exhibit functions to expand PMMC's reach.

    Client Communication

    Maintain regular communication with prospective and current clients while demonstrating proficiency with

    Performance Metrics

    Consistently meet quality and quantity standards, including building an active pipeline, achieving quota, closing opportunities, and maintaining a high level of performance based on PMMC Sales Process grading.

    Quality and Quantity Standards

    • a minimum of $600k in an active pipeline per quarter.
    • a minimum of 80% attainment to quota per year.
    • a minimum of 80% of Committed Opportunities per quarter.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field.
    • Two years of sales and/or management experience.
    • Experience in selling software or other products/services to healthcare decision-making executives.
    • Knowledge of healthcare services, products, and customer expectations.
    • Familiarity with healthcare organizations, including managed care and hospitals.
    • Ability to effectively sell to senior executives, such as CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and VPs.
    • Track record of career stability, with a preference for candidates who have maintained long-term employment with previous employers.
    • Experience in prospecting, conducting demonstrations, presentations, and closing sales in person.
    • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve new sales productivity, understanding and managing sales numbers effectively.
