    Overview:
    We are looking for a motivated Safety/Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Orange, CA.

    This role combines the critical functions of safety compliance and purchasing administration, offering a unique opportunity to ensure workplace safety while managing purchasing activities.

    The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively with both vendors and team members.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the administration of safety programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    Coordinate the purchase of safety equipment and supplies, as well as general purchasing for company operations.
    Manage inventory levels, initiate purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
    Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
    Facilitate safety training sessions for staff to promote a safe working environment.
    Serve as a liaison between departments, suppliers, and regulatory agencies regarding safety and purchasing matters.
    Maintain detailed records of purchasing data, safety reports, and compliance documentation.
    Support administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

    Requirements:


    2+ years of experience in a role combining safety compliance and purchasing responsibilities, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.

    Familiarity with safety regulations and standards (OSHA, etc.) and experience conducting safety training and audits.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with purchasing software or systems.
    Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively and maintaining a stable work history.
    Local candidate with a commitment to promoting workplace safety and efficiency.
