    Our Team:
    We are part of the Global Marketing organization at Vistaprint, where we are on the forefront of leveraging data and automation to maximize profit at desirable return on ad spend (ROAS) targets. Our team is spread across the globe and is loaded with talent, with team members in Boston, Barcelona, and Sydney. Search and Shopping are a crucial component in Vistaprint's success, and we're uniquely positioned to give our customers what they want, when they want it, leveraging our scale to deliver incredible customer experiences
    What You Will Do:

    • Operationalizing & driving tactical optimizations. You will be helping the team audit areas of opportunity within our accounts and executing against these opportunities to positively impact performance of the channel.
    • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through flawless operational execution. Attention to detail is a strength you will bring to the role.
    • Optimizing and testing. Apply your understanding of the competitive landscape, our customers' needs, and current campaign performance to test new insights for growing profit and ROAS of our campaigns.
    • Growing the business. We're unique in Paid Search. We have access to a lot of data. It's a demand-driven channel. You'll work cross-functionally to unlock insights about customer behavior for other teams, and you'll continue to use this data to grow not just Paid Search but also the business.
    • Operating in real partnership with the business. Working closely with your colleagues, not just on the Paid Search team, but also in other areas of the business to solve problems together, innovate, and turn ideas into reality. You will collaborate with wider marketing channels, product teams and decision makers


    Your Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years experience working with Search and Shopping campaigns including keyword management, ad copies implementations, account health improvements
    • Knowledge of Paid Search and Shopping Ads, including understanding of automated bidding, keyword management and the major components of good account architecture and account health.
    • Strong and willing teammate, who isn't afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel
    • Eager to learn about performance marketing
    • Is comfortable multi-tasking. You enjoy and can balance multiple projects at once. You deliver on timelines, set expectations with key partners in your projects
