    As a Social Media Agent at TMZ Events, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand's digital presence and engaging our audience across various social media platforms. You'll have the opportunity to foster genuine connections, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the success of our events and entertainment initiatives.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored for different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience in a meaningful way.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining our brand's voice and tone.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and event promotions.
    • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum impact.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
