    March 9, 2021DESCRIPTIONThe Business Development Representative assists with developing, coordinating, and implementing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

    RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify profitable projects consisting of DEC, SEC, or maintenance scope.
    Assist in building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors.
    Develop knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
    Assess supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements as needed.
    Assist documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)Assist other departments with identifying and pursuing profitable projects.
    Build and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
    Define the type and quantity of resources needed to manage and supervise a project.
    Ability to produce reporting on metrics and KPI's.
    Manage budgets, including those for funding and implementation of programs.
    Lift up to 10lbsPerform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
    Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
    Maintain the standards, culture, and values of CML SecurityOther duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related experience preferred.1 year of proven business development, sales or marketing experience preferred.

    Construction industry experience preferred.
    Strong skills in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    Valid Driver's LicenseOSHA-10 certificationEmployment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
