    ManTech is currently in search of a motivated, career-driven Configuration Management Specialist to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Vigilantly monitor the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including but not limited to the hardware asset table and configuration item table.
    • Ensure the database's accuracy and integrity.
    • Generate daily reports and implement necessary updates.
    • Collaborate with field service operation technicians to address their support tickets.
    • Work closely with the Information Assurance team to maintain System Security Plans (SSP) accuracy.
    • Engage with other service providers in Scrum activities aimed at enhancing ServiceNow.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School diploma and a minimum of 10 years of related experience as a Configuration Management Specialist
    • Or a Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years or Master's degree with 1-4 years of Configuration experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool Suite, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and oral.
    • Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM) Ticketing Methodology and the ServiceNow Tool.
    Clearance Requirement:
    • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
    • Occasional movement within the office environment to access file cabinets and office equipment.
    • Regular operation of a computer and other office machinery like calculators, copiers, and printers.
    • Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
    • Proficiency in accurately conveying information in such situations is essential.
