Essential Functions:
Contact potential customers to establish new business opportunities.
Establish relationship and first impression of Nations Lending.
Establish customer's goals for refinancing or purchasing.
Gather information about their current situation.
Market yourself as well as the company and achieve production goals.
Utilize materials, guides and other reference materials to provide best experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Some college preferred but not a requirement
Basic computer skills
Preferred Skills:
Background in sales
Prior call center experience
Great communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience using a CRM
