• Training and Support:
o Train end-users (clinicians, nurses, etc.) on technology systems and applications.
o Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions and issues related to technology.
o Collaborate with operational leaders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
o Assist in the development of training materials and documentation.
• Change Management:
o Participate in all stages of technology changes, from specification development to implementation.
o Work with requesters to understand how technology functions should align with organizational objectives.
o Translate organizational needs into functional requirements for technology solutions.
o Collaborate with analysts responsible for system configuration and validation.
o Develop communication and training plans for technology changes.
o Support clinicians through change management processes.
• Project Responsibilities:
o Participate in project-related activities, including kickoff, workflow analysis, training, and regulatory compliance.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical informatics, operational leaders, and other IT teams.
o Ensure successful implementation of technology projects.
Qualifications:
• Clinical Background:
o Preferred: Nursing degree or equivalent clinical experience.
o Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Technology Skills:
o Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
o Preferred: Experience with Altera Sunrise Clinical Manager or similar EMR systems.
