- Collaborate with various departments, peers, leadership, and vendors to advance the marketing of all active and upcoming communities
- Create and/or review marketing materials such as community collateral, price sheets, campaign flyers, signage, photography and community monuments
- Maintain department supplies such as directional signs, flags, welcome mats and printed materials
- Prepare marketing reports analyzing campaign results
- Plan, order and arrange for installation of community signage and billboards
- Manage marketing assets such as photography, video and renderings in an organized fashion
- Work with third-party vendors to create engaging marketing materials
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare marketing reports analyzing campaign results
- Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings and provide regular updates on projects
- Understand and adhere to brand guidelines with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while consistently delivering results on time
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to travel overnight
- Regular and reliable transportation and attendance
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Two to three years related experience and/or training
- Must have a vehicle, a valid drivers license and be willing to travel
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from a four-year college or university preferred

Work with Corporate Marketing and various media channels to create community marketing materials, campaigns and strategies.
