Workiz understands that you have a life outside of the office, so we have a flexible work week that allows you to work 3 days from the office and two days from home, but you won't want to miss happy hour

    Who are you?

    You are a top Account Executive with a proven track record in Saas sales. Account Executives at Workiz need to be versatile, innovative, passionate and well-organized individuals in order to join our fast-paced start-up. You love selling based on value, not price, and take pride in solving real problems by selling great software. The ideal candidate will join our sales group focusing on the North American market, working with a wide range of Field Service Businesses over the phone, email and online meetings.

    So, what will you be doing all day?

    • Owning the full sales cycle, from building pipeline to negotiating and closing deals
    • Reaching out to prospects via phone and email to schedule discovery sessions and demos, while ensuring good show rates and consistent follow up
    • Empowering customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solutions we provide focusing on small and medium sized field service businesses in our core verticals
    • Selling in a team environment, leading online demos with the help of our sales engineers and leadership
    • Making 40+ calls per day, scheduling your own appointments by farming our database of users, keeping proper notes in the CRM, and attending several meetings per day with clients
    • Receiving and applying coaching and development on a daily and weekly basis to help ensure you achieve your goals and prepare you for your next role
    • Compensation: Base + commission $120,000-$135,000 On Base Earnings

    Ideally, we're looking for

    • HS Diploma/GED
    • 2+ years as an Account Executive
    • Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
    • Confident online presentation skills
    • Able to build value with many buyer personas and overcome objections
    • Strong negotiating skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working with SMBs
    • Comfortable navigating a CRM and dialing platforms
    • Courage in presenting price and handling objections
    • High internal drive to win

    These would also be nice:

    • 3+ years as a top 25% salesperson in an Inside Sales role
    • SaaS experience (especially non-commodities)
    • Service industry experience (sold to, employed by)
    • Sales awards and recognition
    • HubSpot proficiency
    • Exposure to formal methodologies (Challenger/Gap Selling/SPIN/MEDDICC, etc.)
    • Hunting experience (if you like chasing whales)

    Compensation

    • Market-level compensation based on experience $120,000- $135,000 On-Target Earnings
