    As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

    We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with the following:
    ~3+ years of experience in fluid power applications, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
    ~ Experience in industrial sales
    ~ Proven ability with a documented personal sales process
    ~ Proficiency in writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
    ~ Bachelor's degree preferred
    ~ Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
    ~ Mechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience is a plus
    ~ Consultative Sales Skills Training
    ~ Desire to help teammates succeed and willingness to assist where needed

    Responsibilities for the

    Business Development Specialist:
    Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers
    email, phone, and in person)
    Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Shop, C-Suite, and Engineering
    Work closely with internal resources to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
    Consistently update and maintain sales opportunities in our CRM system
    Develop and submit a well-structured and approved monthly business plan
