    Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for executive recruitment? We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our team in Chicago. If you thrive on building connections, have a keen eye for legal, financial services, or supply chain & procurement talents, and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
    • Search: Source and recruit top-tier legal, supply chain & procurement or finance professionals within the US Market.
    • Screening Mastery: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a perfect match.
    • Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Deal Closer: Utilize your negotiation skills to secure offers and close deals successfully.
    • Exceed Targets: Thrive in a results-driven environment by meeting and surpassing set recruitment targets.

    Requirements:

    • Experience Matters: Minimum of one year in recruiting with 360 recruitment exposure.
    • Communication Expert: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ to navigate the nuances of each market and build meaningful connections.
    • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure the perfect match between candidates and clients.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team while also excelling independently.
    • Master of Multitasking: Juggle various tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting.
