Jessica Uzoho

Currently based in Chicago, IL, but seeking relocation to Nigeria. I have dual citizenship and can legally work in both countries. 

- Community development: I hold three years of experience as a community and union organizer. In these roles I was tasked with growing the union or growing the connection between a statewide elected official and his constituency.

- Corporate social impact: In my current role (three years in) as CX Professional at a tech startup (Alto USA), I am in charge of implementing and leading a corporate social impact program for a major retailer here in the United States. I oversee 55 stores, keep them engaged in the program, accurately relay changes in legislation that impact business, and serve as a first responder for incidents ranging from shoplifting to bomb threats. 

- Leadership development/Finance: I have three years of experience working as the Director of Finance for multiple high profile Chicagoland political campaigns, including one Mayoral and a race for Cook County Assessor, which we won. I was tasked with developing not only my own fundraising skills but working one on one with various elected officials and first time candidates on their fundraising speeches, writing, and phone pitches. I was also tasked with training other senior staff members on said campaigns as well as recruiting and training interns.
